The region food waste and material waste still go unutilized every day in every household. And building on the impact done in Phase 1, we want to create a bigger impact in the region and focused on Zambia, Africa to help turn waste into bio-based materials, and local youth seek ways to build new skills and sustainable futures. We empower a new generation to drive circular economies and create local impact.​ ​ Inspired by Kia’s use of sustainable materials, the program connects product innovation with grassroots education — making sustainability real and actionable.​ ​ “Seeds of Change” — empowering 100 local youth and community members to bio-fabricate sustainable materials, using Kia Garden’s evergreen living ecosystem — growing knowledge, skills, and a more sustainable future.
